The 5-summit via ferrata in the Rofan mountains offers steep ferrata passages and hiking sections over a length of 2km. It connects 5 peaks with routes of varying difficulty.
The Haidachstellwand via ferrata, formerly known as the Hans Obholzer memorial via ferrata, is now part of the Achensee 5-summit via ferrata. The approach is via the Grubersteig trail towards the Rofanspitze, and the route can be ideally combined with the Rosskopf via ferrata and the other climbs of the 5-summit via ferrata. Particularly impressive is the challenging, stepped rope bridge, which leads to a spectacular summit view from the Haidachstellwand (2,192 metres).
