Am zweiten Rastplatz ist einer der Bohrhaken zur Selbstsicherung am Klettersteig Burgstein nicht mehr richtig befestigt.
Fels momentan sehr brüchig - besonders in den linken Sektoren. Habe Ausbruch von Kopfgroßen Steinen beobachtet.
Achtung - brütende Vögel im Innweg, bitte Routen (und evtl Nachbarrouten) meiden!
Die Schuppe in der Route Heiliger Antonios im Klettergebiet Oberes Wunderland ( Gefahrenmeldung) wurde geklebt.
Klettersteig Geierwand aufgrund von Bau-, Spreng- und Felsräumungsarbeiten von Montag, 12. Mai 2025 bis einschließlich Freitag 27. Juni 2025 gesperrt!
Samstage, Sonn- und Feiertage sind von dieser Sperre ausgenommen. An diesen Tagen ist der Klettersteig samt Abstieg frei begehbar.
wir sind letzte Woche an der Geierwand in Haiming die Sunset Boulevard geklettert, dabei ist uns aufgefallen das der ein oder anderer Borhaken locker ist manchmal nur die Mutter und an zwei Ständen direkt der Dübel, auch ist an zwei Ständen der Abseilringhalter nicht mehr ganz super.
Am Sicherungsstandplatz ist eine große Platte abgedriftet, weil der Holzbalken morsch und gebrochen ist.
Beim 5. Bohrhaken Fels ausgebrochen - Hakenfestigkeit fragwürdig; bei Sturz Aufschlag auf darunterliegendem Band möglich

In the Hötting quarry, the tawny owl is once again nesting in the middle of the routes. For this reason, the section in question was closed until mid-May after consultation with the experts.
In der Route Scharfe Lippe wird sich ein ca. 1 m großen horizontalen Block kurz vor dem Umlenker in der 2.ten Seillänge lösen.
In der Route Cool Diamond wird sich rechts vom neunten Bohrhacken in der nächsten Zeit ein ca. 1/2 m großer Block lösen.
In the route Lichterkette (Rotspitz) there are large loose blocks hanging in the entrance area. The 2nd bolt is located exactly on one of these blocks and the belayer may be standing directly under these blocks.

Climbing garden should be "cleaned out". On the Babypause route, we brought down a 60 kg block with an appendage. We abandoned the Dr 6 route. A much larger block came loose above the 5th chop. The new crack almost tempts you to pull it.....
Tschingls bouldering area closed from 01.08.2024 - Closure of the Tschingls bouldering area from August due to rock clearance work on the B180 Reschenbundesstraße.
Due to urgent renovation work, the climbing garden will remain closed until further notice.
Renovation is planned for spring/summer 2025.
A major rockfall has occurred at the Gotenturm in the Ehnbachklamm gorge, the sector is therefore closed until further notice.

Due to urgent timber work and helicopter transports, the regular descent on the Stuibenfall via ferrata is closed on Thursday, May 2nd & Friday, May 3rd. Descent is only possible via the old Niederthaier Straße, Höhenweg and via the Niederthaier Landesstraße. The via ferrata remains open.
In many routes, several bolts are slightly to severely damaged due to weather-related rockfalls.
The chain has even broken off on one side of a redirection.
The routes "Blaumilchkanal" and "Dritter Mann" are closed until they are repaired in the fall.
Due to maintenance work and a mountain rescue exercise, the via ferrata Haiming-Geierwand will be closed on May 1st, 2024 from 06.00 - approx. 13.00 for safety reasons. We ask for your understanding.
