The towers are located on the north-easterly ridge of the Muttekopf, which climbs from the Scharnitz Saddle to the summit. All belay stations are equipped with two bolts. Bolts are also installed on each pitch. Nevertheless, portable belay devices should be carried for additional protection. In spring, the climb can also be combined with a ski tour to the Muttekopf or Scharnitzkopf. The routes were established and first climbed by the Feistl family in 2012 and 2013.
