Description

The rocks of the climbing garden Oberried are located at the west end of the valley basin in Längenfeld. The numerous easy routes are a special experience also thanks to the bordering pastures. No matter if steep overhangs or classic crack dihedrals, Oberried is always worth a visit. Especially families combine the climbing garden with a beautiful trip into the Ötztal.

Access

You can get to the climbing garden from the parking space by going through the gate (fountain) and then in a southerly direction across the meadow to the sectors that are already visible. There are nine sectors.

Journey

From the roundabout at the beginning of the Ötztal, drive on the Ötztal road B186 for about 23 km to Längenfeld. In Längenfeld, at the roundabout, take the first exit on the right towards “Oberried-Lehner-Au” and drive over the bridge to the Oberried district.

At the entrance to Oberried, turn into the first street on the left and drive to the second junction. Turn left here and follow the signs to “Klettergarten”. After 300m you will reach the Oberried car park. The parking lot is chargeable

Paid in the Oberried district directly at the old fire station at the southwest end of the hamlet.
The toilets are also located here.
