The via ferrata #Schlegeis131 is 131 metres high and impresses at the exit at the crown of the dam wall with a magnificent view of the Zillertal mountains. The total distance you cover is approx. 200 metres. The via ferrata is very versatile and offers not only beginners, but also families, groups and the experienced adventurer a unique experience.
You start the breathtaking ascent at the lowest point of the dam wall and climb the vertical along the curved wall. Once you reach the upper third, you decide on a platform whether you want to continue your climbing tour on the easy route with difficulty A/B or whether you want the difficult variant C as a special challenge.

CHILDREN'S VIA FERRATA: A practice via ferrata has been built on the edge of the dam wall especially for children or beginners. This way you can get used to the height or the little ones can try out the via ferrata experience first hand!
