Along the climb of this well established via ferrata you can enjoy a beautiful view over the Kitzbühel Alps, the Kaisergebirge, the Loferer and Leoganger Steinberge as well as the Berchtesgadener Alps and the Hohe Tauern. We highly recommend the traverse of this Kitzbühler summit to the idyllically located Wildseeloder Haus. For more advanced climbers you can also opt to take the slightly more challenging variant which has a level of difficulty of C/D.
If you use the lifts of the Bergbahnen Fieberbrunn (www.bergbahnen-fieberbrunn.at) you reach the entry point of the via ferrat in ca. 1 hour walking time. From the mountain station Lärchfilzkogel go slightly downwards to the Wildalemen (mountain pastures) and then further down to the first turn. There you follow the markings 18 in order to get to the mountain station Reckmoos to the start of the via ferrata. Alternatively, you can walk up from the Lärchfilzhochalm (parking space) in ca. 1,5 hours.
