The Mauerbogen is a small, very idyllically situated climbing garden with routes of medium difficulty. But be careful: The routes are really tough - if you come fresh from the hall, you should get in one degree lower and let the rock character "work" on you. The tours are rather "hard". After the acclimatisation phase: a rewarding climbing garden that offers enough tasks for a comfortable climbing day.
Notice: Pay special attention to alpine dangers such as rockfall, icefall and avalanches especially in spring, autumn and winter. The access as well as the climbing is at your own risk.
The access leads over a quite newly laid out path, which is very well signposted (orange sign "Kettergarten Mauerbogen"). In 15 to 20 minutes, steep but easy to get to the boulder. The area is suitable for children, but due to the climbing character (very closed rock) may not be the best choice for the small ones.
By car: In Leutasch Weidach (at the information office) continue straight on over the bridge and then turn left towards ErlebnisWelt Alpenbad. Opposite is the sports field and parking area.
By bus: From Seefeld take regional bus no. 430 to Leutasch Weidach Alpenbad/Brücke. Right behind the bus stop you will find the sports field, your starting point.
