The Geisterschmiedwand offers advanced and extreme climbers a wide selection of long endurance routes. Hans Dülfer already climbed the first routes here. Top Tyrolean climbers such as Gerhard Hörhager, Stefan Fürst and Franz Kröll laid the foundations for difficulty climbing at the highest level on this wall.
From the car park follow the signs to Kaisertal. The path leads uphill via stairs to the first left turn. There you climb over the fence and in one minute you reach the already visible wall (5 minutes).
By car from Innsbruck on the Inntal freeway to Kufstein or coming from Rosenheim take the exit Kufstein Nord, at the traffic circle take the exit towards Ebbs. Stay on this road for about one kilometer until the next traffic circle. Leave the roundabout at the first exit in the direction of Kaisertal. Follow the road in the Ebbs/ Eichelwang district until you reach the "Kaisertal parking lot".
Take the train to the Kufstein train station. From there, city buses of line 1 run regularly in about 20 minutes to the Ebbs Kaisertal stop. With the KufsteinerlandCard you can take the bus for free within the region.
A pay parking lot offers enough parking possibilities at the Kaiseraufstieg.
