Climbing sculpture Kufstein

Basic information

Right next to the Inn power station Kufstein - Langkampfen stands this climbing sculpture in the middle of a meadow next to the Inn.

It was designed as a usable work of art, which in its shape establishes the relationship between the Kaisergebirge and the hydroelectric power on the Inn. The sculpture is a real free-climbing treat. A well-done facility with a "bouldering mushroom" and a lead climbing area. Currently about 40 routes from 4 up. The wall height is about 20 m and there are redirectors at the exits. There is a good overhanging area that is well structured! Because of the area and design, it is great for bouldering and rope climbing. The outdoor facility is open to the public and free of charge for everyone, regardless of the day of the week or time of day.

Illuminated until 10 pm. Closed in winter!
